Dan & Deb Glad to hear the move to Rochester went well. As I mentioned I am back in the area as of this weekend so if I can help with anything don't hesitate to call me. Dan and Deb I am sorry I missed your last visit with us for blood before you left for Mayo. But thank you for the chocolates--you know the way to our hearts!! My good friend's sister Vickie just checked into the U for her bone marrow transplant . She was diagnosed a few months after you but unfortunately her MDS has already turned into leukemia. I will be keeping track of both of you as you as you begin this huge journey. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you. I have faith that God will be with you every step of the way. If I can do anything let me know. We had a scary 2 weeks with our son Ryan. He had cancer when he was a baby on both kidneys and just had a kidney biopsy. He has been hospitalized for the last 2 weeks with complications--finally recognized that two arteries were nicked with the biopsy requiring a surgery and 2 renal angiograms with embolizations to stop the bleeding. We are on the mend and getting caught up on sleep as either my husband or I had to be there day and night. We get biopsy results April 12. Danny & Deb I just got caught up on the latest & Mom (Aunt Jeanne) had told me you are heading for Rochester on Fri. FINALLY things are really going to start happening!! Deb and Dan how lucky you both are to have each other and the support of friends and family. Though we've been out of touch the relationship that you two have with one another has always been an inspiration to me. I remember when visiting how kind you were to one another and to your children. I remember you Deb putting a little piece of Dan's hair in place for him and looking into his eyes as if you were newlyweds touching his shoulder always giving him a smile and the two of you talking in such genuinely loving tone to one another. You truly have something special and I believe that it will get you through this together. Deb please don't forget to eat and rest and take care of yourself so that you can be strong for him.
